The SJA is led by the SJA Committee which is made up of the Co-Chairs, Treasurer, Secretary and Trustees and is governed by our constitution and polices, the details of which are below. The Constitution was last updated on 10 March 2026 and is regularly reviewed to ensure it accurately reflects our purposes and goals.
The Core Committee meet with the Trustees at least twice a term to discuss and agree strategy, to make plans for future events and initiatives and to discuss and approve the spending of SJA funds.
Once a term the SJA invites all of its members (being all parents, guardians, carers and school staff) to a general meeting. At these meetings the Core Committee provides updates on past activities and plans for the future. All are welcome to these meetings and the input of the wider community is invaluable.
