The SJA is led by the SJA Committee which is made up of the Co-Chairs, Treasurer, Secretary and Trustees and is governed by our constitution and polices, the details of which are below. The Constitution was recently updated and new draft policies are being agreed with input from the school.

The SJA Committee meets regularly (at least once a term) to make key decisions including events, spending and goals. Wider SJA meetings to which all parents and carers are invited take place once a term.

Adoption of the new constitution will be voted on at the EGM scheduled for 10 March 2026.

The SJA’s governance including its constitution and policies are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure they continue to meet the needs of the organisation and its volunteers.
